FAQs

Q: Is Squwash® right for me?

Yes!  Whether you’re a beginner or have your routine down, Squwash® is for anyone who wants a simple, reliable way to feel ready.

Q: How does Squwash® work?

With its patented stretch-to-fit connector, Squwash® attaches directly to your shower for an instant setup.  Water flows through the hose and tip for a discreet, reliable clean.  No tools or installation needed.

Q: Will Squwash® fit my shower?

Squwash®'s patented super elastic connector stretches up to ten times its original size, easily fitting most showerheads (including odd shapes) up to 5 inches in diameter.

Q: Can I control the water pressure?

Yes!  Squwash® features a built-in pressure release that adapts to high and low pressure showers.  Simply slide the valve to your preference.  Excess pressure is vented and blends into the natural flow of your shower for privacy. 😉

Q: Is it discreet?

Very.  Squwash® is not a permanent fixture.  It attaches instantly when you need it and removes just as easily.  Pressure vents blend with natural shower sounds for added privacy.

Q: Can I travel with it?

Absolutely!  Squwash® is the first truly portable, shower-powered tool for intimate hygiene. With its no-install design and stretch-to-fit connector, you can use it anywhere there's a standard shower, at home or on the go.  Always use clean, potable tap water.

Q: What type of water should I use with Squwash®?

Always use clean, drinkable water.  Avoid untreated or questionable sources to ensure safe use at home or while traveling.

Q: Can I control the temperature?

Yes, easily.  However, we recommend only using lukewarm or body temperature water.  Generally, water between 98°F (37°C) and 104°F (40°C) is considered safe for anal douching.  Always check the temperature before use.

Q: Is Squwash® reusable?

Yes.  Squwash® is fully reusable and designed for safe, regular use.  It is made with FDA-grade, BPA-free, and phthalate-free materials, and features a detachable, easy-to-clean tip crafted from ISO 10993-5 & -10 certified, platinum-cured silicone.  For optimal hygiene, clean after each use following the included care instructions.

Q: How often can I use Squwash ®?

For most people, douching 2–3 times a week is safe and effective.  Frequency varies, so it is important to pay attention to how your body responds and avoid irritation from overuse.  We recommend douching after you've had a chance to go, and only when it feels right for your body.  A high-fiber diet can help reduce the need for frequent douching.  If you have questions or health concerns, consult your healthcare provider.

Q: Can I use Squwash® vaginally?

Squwash® is designed specifically for anal use.  It has not been tested for vaginal use, so we do not recommend it for that purpose.  If you choose to use it differently, we recommend using a separate dedicated tip.  For questions or concerns, consult your healthcare provider.

Q: How should I position myself when I Squwash®?

There is no single right way.  Choose a position that feels comfortable and stable, such as standing with one foot raised, squatting gently, or a light squat with a slight forward bend at the hips.  Relax, use support if needed, and never force the tip.

Q: Does Squwash® work on tubs and faucets?

Yes, Squwash® was designed to be versatile!  Simply attach the patented Squwash® connector over the faucet, and roll up the additional slack to cover narrow diameter fixtures (faucets, tubs, etc.).

Q: What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.  Every Squwash® unit is carefully inspected before shipping.  If you have an issue with your order, please contact us.
